Gerald L. (Jerry) Crispino, Jr., M.S., NSS

Jerry Crispino is a Clinical Counselor with Mock, Mays and Associates located in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. His primary responsibilities include providing individual, family, and group clinical mental health counseling with children, adolescents, adults and families. Jerry works collaboratively with his clients by teaching clients how to implement cognitive and behavioral strategies to help them effectively resolve academic, personal/family/social/relationships and vocational/career problems.

Jerry holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Rehabilitation Services Education from the Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. He is a Nationally Certified Counselor and a Pennsylvania Certified Secondary School Counselor. 

Jerry has vast experience in a multitude of systems including Juvenile Justice, Mental Health, Education, Child Abuse and Neglect Prevention and Alternative Education for  Disruptive Youth.  He is a facilitator in Family Group Decision-Making, a Master Trainer  in the Youth Level of Services – Case Management Inventory assessment (YLS-CMI), and has extensive training in Motivational Interviewing. He has provided numerous trainings at the local, county and state levels on a variety of topics including family engagement, mental health issues, motivational interviewing, Family Group Conferencing, the Strengthening Families Protective Factors, and the administration of the YLS-CMI. 

Jerry served his country in the United States Marine Corps Reserves and was honorably discharged in 2000. He resides with his wife, three children and a very spoiled French bulldog the Carlisle area.
